Whether you realize it or not, you’ve planned an event at some point in your life.
Maybe it was as simple as booking a dinner reservation, or as large-scale as a wedding or corporate retreat. No matter the event, it’s safe to say that the logistics and details of planning take up most of your time and brain capacity. So let me ask—what tools did you use? Are you a big notebook user? Start with the details
Your home base is the Event Details tab. This is where you keep track of all your key info—dates, location, and other checklist items that might not have even crossed your mind yet. You’ll get a big picture summary, plus tools to drill into your itinerary, or start brainstorming AV needs, meeting space requirements, table layouts—you name it. These details can (and will) change as you plan. Think of this space as a flexible canvas to get all your early ideas out.

Find your vendors
Now for the fun part: vendors and venues. Hold onto your seats, this is going to get wild. Whether you know where you want to go, or need a little destination inspiration, the Explore tab helps you find the right fit. Look out for the blue tick—those venues are BoomPop-approved. Every listing includes the details you’ll want to see: distance from the airport, number of rooms, what’s nearby, and more. Not sure where to start? We’ve got something for that, too.

Bring in the AI
If you’re short on ideas, or if you’re looking for a little extra support, our AI explore feature helps narrow it down. Hold the eyeroll. This isn’t your average AI tool—it can take a vague brief (“somewhere in the US that’s not hot in July”) and turn it into a real destination. Already have specifics? It can filter by location, group size, price, airport distance, month, and more. On top of all that—yes, there’s more—it can help source activities, restaurants, and answer questions. It’s like having an assistant who doesn’t sleep.

Build your guest site
This is the dream tool for expert and amateur planners alike. Your customizable guest website lets you send invites, collect RSVPs and guest details, and share all the key event info. We give you building blocks for everything—welcome notes, venue and location images, an event playlist, a packing list, local weather info, and more. This is where we can really see the meat and potatoes of the production come together.
You can also collect all the guest details you need: dietary restrictions, special accommodations, swag sizes, flight details, and any other info you want to ask. Prepare to say, “Check the event website” from here on out.
